Representation matters! That's why yesterday, Franstine Jones from Aspire Black Suffolk took a group of black boys from Northgate High School who have been part of our Rise Up Wise Up programme to Parliament to support another one of our directors, Ellisha Soanes, who was in conversation about race and education. An incredible day was had by all, it was wonderful that MP Dawn Butler acknowledged the students, asking them to stand while the audience responded with applause.
We are so proud to be able to put Aspire Black Suffolk on the map , shaping the future of black leaders. humbling to see Rise Up Wise Up and the amazing impact it is making. We will continue to drive change not only through this project but also through our upcoming events.
